Governor Fayose knocks Buhari hard again

Governor Fayose says President Buhari is bereft of ideas

He also noted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) would soon disintegrate because it was founded on deceit.

In a statement issued on Saturday, November 12, by his Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, Fayose said his refusal to be ruthless was the secret of his success in government.

He said:

“Very soon, the APC will explode and disintegrate because it was founded on deceit. If you are in the Peoples Democratic Party, you are a pen robber, but if you joined the APC, you become a saint automatically.

“Unfortunately, Buhari cannot find a solution to hunger, unemployment, depressed economy and insecurity in the country because he is bereft of ideas. Nigerians should brace to change the change because the right president is yet to come. What we have now is an aberration.”

Fayose, who marked his 56th birthday on Tuesday, November 8, said total reliance on God was the secret of his political victory.

Speaking about his performance in two years in office, Fayose said he had pact with Ekiti people to transform the state, adding that he had ideas up his sleeve but has been hampered by time and finance.

However, the Governor said: “I will complete the flyover, King’s Market, Judiciary building, new governor’s office, Ikere – Ado road dualised and other projects going on at the local governments. ”

He urged Ekiti people to continue to support him and ignore the lies of APC about him.

Governor Fayose had some days ago slammed President Buhari for consistently blaming the past governments for the economic woes after one and half years into the APC administration.

He cautioned the federal government against borrowing $29.96 billion to finance the 2016 budget, warning that such will plunge the country’s economy into total depression.
